Clocks- 3 (Three) Chelsea Naval Clocks: (1) Chelsea Clock Co., Boston for U.S. Navy "Mark I, Deck Clock", 8 day, time only, spring-driven balance wheel movement with rear wind and set in a black phenolic case with mounting plate, serial 51328, dated 1943; (2) Chelsea Clock Co., Boston for U.S. Navy "Mark I, Deck Clock", 8 day, time only, spring-driven balance wheel movement with rear wind and set in a heavy brass case, serial 12999, dated 1941; (3) Chelsea Clock Co., Boston for U.S. Maritime Commission "Model 12E Deck Clock", 8 day, time only, spring-driven balance wheel movement with center seconds in a black phenolic case, serial 409424, c1943
CONDITION:
(1) Black case and glass are worn, but sound. Numbers have a slight yellow tint. Clock ticks when wound. (2) Brass finished is tarnished. Numerals have some small paint chips. Luminous paint has become dark and speckled. Movement ticks. (3) Dial in very good condition. Black phenolic case has slightly wrinkled surface. Movement ticks. Sold "as is ".
